Matthew Blanton Robinson

Matthew (Matt) Robinson is a firm Principal specializing in labor law with a focus on union collective bargaining and NLRB-related issues. His extensive experience in handling alleged labor violations, combined with his solid background in arbitration, NLRB procedures, and collective bargaining agreements, make him exceptionally suited to assist clients with their labor-related legal matters.

Matt’s 20+ year labor law practice has concentrated on union-related issues. Matt has a deep understanding of labor-management issues and has significant experience advising clients on labor law issues, including alleged violations of collective bargaining agreements and the National Labor Relations Act. He has worked with clients to help them deal with various unions (such as the Teamsters and Operating Engineers) across multiple states and has represented numerous clients in responding to and defending NLRB unfair labor practice charges. Matt has assisted numerous clients in successfully navigating complex NLRB cases, and union disputes and has extensive experience with union avoidance and pro-company campaigns. He has also worked with clients to develop strategic approaches to strike preparation.
